At Aavelle we carefully inspect, pack and sign-off every order before it’s dispatched to ensure that your items arrive in perfect condition.

If you are unhappy with your item(s) in any way, we offer a completely transparent refund or exchange policy as long as your item is returned in the same condition that you received it, unworn and still fitted with all tags, labels and security tape.
Returns that have been damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
Returned items must be received by us within 14 days of you receiving your order.
To start a return, please contact one of our customer support team, who are available 08:00 - 18:00 [ UK ] Monday - Friday, at email@example.com and they will provide you with the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note that original and return shipping fees are not covered by Aavelle (please take the time to read why) and we request that you use a tracked and signed-for return method from your local postal service. Please retain your tracking ID in the event that proof of postage is required.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item(s) you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
One of our customer support team will contact you as soon as we have received and inspected your returned item(s). Once approved, refunds will be credited back to the original payment method minus the original shipping costs.
Refunds are processed as soon as possible after they have been received by us, and you will receive confirmation immediately, however, please allow 5-7 business days for any refunds to appear back on your original payment method as we have no control over your banks processing times which can vary.
